LIVE Auctions Platform can block the users, if there is any indication that the user violates any kind of existing law, the contract or, carries out any offence against the LIVE Auctions Platform or their claimants. There is no claim for a new username in this case. All LIVE Auctions platform users are solely responsible for any usage of their accounts.

All the terms and conditions will be automatically applicable to the users once registered with the LIVE Auctions Platform.

Terms of use may be revised at any time with immediate effect, replacing all the previous versions.

User will hence be bound by the new terms of use.

LIVE Auctions Platform may under no circumstances be held liable for any violation of the law, by all Company - Index Users, by either for course of action of auction houses, or for course of action taken by Internet E-Auctions Platform bidder as all LIVE (real-time bids) are governed exclusively by the terms of sale of the auction house.

All kind of illegal or fraudulent activities will be reported to the competent authorities.

LIVE Auctions Platform is not liable for any kind of technical faults, also no liability for a permanent disconnection from server

of LIVE Auctions Platform.

Technical work on the server is not announced. All kinds of modifications can be performed at any point of time.

LIVE Auctions Platform contract for use is subject to Swiss law only. Domicile is Zurich, Switzerland. We reserve the right

to bring an action against the user at his place of residence.

The present contract is available in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish and Russian form. In the event of disagreement, the German text is binding.
